Brett Barclay has been teaching at C3 College since 2002 and currently lectures in New Testament Survey and Survey of Christian Doctrine.

In 2010, Brett was responsible for leading the development of C3 College Online, and its first two subjects the Phil Pringle School of Leadership 1&2. Brett has been the lead instructional designer for the Online College during which time he developed the learning materials for the Phil Pringle School of Leadership 1&2, Faith, Successful Christian Living, C3 Culture and New Testament Survey (under development).

Prior to joining C3 Oxford Falls, Brett was on the founding leadership team of a church plant in Sydney’s inner west.

Since 1996, Brett has built a successful career in Human Resources as a senior learning and development consultant. After 7 years in IBM's Learning function as a professional development leader, Brett started his own company and is sought after by leading Australian and multi-national companies for his expertise in learning strategy, and employee and leadership development. Brett's client's include Macquarie Bank, BT Financial Group, Westpac, State Street, Endeavour Energy, Canon, 3M, IBM and others.

Brett has a passion for God and His Word and an anointing to impart life-transforming truths from the Word of God.

Brett is married and lives with his family in Sydney, Australia.
